Stephen’s career spans top-tier companies across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Managing multi-million-pound stock and leading a team at Joseph Holt at just 18 years old.
Overseeing large-scale operations with Fletchers, New Zealand’s largest construction company.
He later worked with Torre Developments in Australia, focusing on luxury real estate developments and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
After moving to Dubai, Stephen quickly became a top performer at one of the city’s largest real estate companies, where he dominated the secondary market. With a background in mathematics, he brings a data-driven, analytical
approach to every transaction.
CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Adam has built a career on leadership, discipline, and results. With a strong foundation in sales and management, he previously oversaw a workforce of over 100 strong at one of the UK’s leading construction companies.
He later transitioned into real estate, where he has carved out a highly successful career working across competitive markets and high-value transactions. Adam brings a no-nonsense approach and the ability to lead from the front.
Now based in Dubai, Adam has made it his mission to build the strongest sales team in the city.
